Respectfully, we notified you before booking that, being at an apartment complex, the carrier would get as close as possible but that a big truck like that would not be able to access the campus and you acknowledged this fact.
Furthermore, you referred a friend to us whom we also took excellent care of, so we are confused by this review...
Regardless, we sincerely apologize that you found this to be a negative experience. We will be looking further into this matter.
