Ok..After I contracted Polar Express I read the recent reviews and got worried. But I gave them a chance and here is what happened. I scheduled transport on 3/22/2011 and was given a quote of $710. I paid a deposit of $180.00 leaving a C.O.D. of $530.00. On 3/26 I was notified by Polar Express that a truck would be picking up my vehicle on Monday 3/28/2011. Monday morning I got a phone call from the driver saying he was in Utah and would be picking up the vehicle that day. Later that evening I got another call from the driver saying he would be arriving with my vehicle on Wed. 3/30/2011 between 1:30 and 2:30. At 1:45 today the vehicle arrived and the driver collected nothing more than the $530.00 stated on my contract. Now I don't know the details of everybody elses case who have left such terrible horror stories but I can say that I am 100% satisfied and would not hesitate to use their service again. In case you were wondering at all the vehicle was an Ebay purchase of a Mercedes-Benz.
