great service at a great price

I have two cars delivered by them, one at a time. For us it is very important to deliver the first car on exact date, so that we can use it immediately when we move to destination. They have a terminal 3hr from my destination and they really delivered the car on the exact date. It is the type of service level that other carrier will charge you several hundred dollars for guaranteed delivery. Of course they did not orally guarantee me a date but they did have pretty precise estimate of their schedule and was pretty confident that it can be done. All people I contacted are friendly and you can feel immediately that they are downright decent people and tell you exactly what they project the delivery date and no empty promise. My second car was picked up and delivered 1-2 days late that's not the part I worry about as my friend helped me with pickup and I have no immediate need of 2nd car. They also work out the pickup with my friend in the evening to pickup the car.

Price is the most competitive I could find. Ii know there are a lot of good brokers, and I used one before. But I really see no need to pay one hundred dollars or more to broker since you will have to deal with carrier directly for insurance claim if there is any. Point 2 point eliminates the broker fee and pass the saving to you. The cars were delivered without any damage. I used to pay more for broker type service and ends up have to deal with insurance claim and although get the money back, the process is pretty painful. Comparing my own experience, I would always Point 2 point if they are available from now on.
