I have shipped my car from VA to FL using the Plymouth Auto Transport. The entire experience has been nothing but super positive. Bill handles all inquiries, calls and questions with utmost courtesy and in a timely manner. Knowing how difficult this industry is, to say the least, I wanted to let everyone know that you will be in very good hands if you trust Bill with your car. He was accurate and transparent in providing all relevant details, made sure that the car was picked up on time and delivered on time. The driver was equally great as well. He delivered the car to the most convenient place for me (the airport in FL), exactly at the time we had agreed on. My assumption is that Bill is selective who he works with so the overall service level remains excellent. Thank you, Bill and Jeremy!
