After posting my terrible review of Plaza Auto Transport, specifically regarding Eric & Jeff, I was contacted by the GM Robert. He has guaranteed that he will make this right for me and I will receive a follow up tomorrow regarding this situation. He still wants my business, BUT will refund my broker fee of $125, no problem, if that's what I want. I am willing to give only Robert this 2nd chance based on my conversation with him tonight. I will never work with Eric or Jeff again. I should have an update by tomorrow and hopefully have my car on its way, stay tuned...
