the order was placed 3/28 with Steve McMillan who authorized a check be sent to Plaza Auto which was sent on 3/30 to attention Steve McMillan. o On 4/12 I called Steve who said the car had not shipped because the quoted price was insufficient for a driver to carry it. o This was not true because Plaza Auto was waiting for the check to clear before they listed it (per Robert on 4/30) o Called back on 4/15 asking for the status but was left on hold and given to answering services until finally Roger said they would cancel the order and refund the $125 o Steve called on 4/16 saying there was a carrier. I told him Roger had canceled the order o On 4/30 I called asking for the refund. Robert said that Plaza Auto could not cancel a contract I needed to fill out the form on the invoice. o I told Roger I did not receive an invoice he insisted I did and put me on indefinite hold. o After several attempts I got Richard that said there had been an error in the email address they had got wrong and he resent it to the correct address. o There is no form but I e mailed the above data. Plaza Auto said there records said I was getting a divorce and was not ready to ship. Completely untrue o Throughout this entire frustrating experience Plaza Auto staff has been far less than professional not returning calls or responding to messages and denying responsibility. o As of 5/29 I have not received the $125 refund and am put on hold with no communications These people are crooks and can not be trusted
