Raised price $300 for return told me order was never approved

I booked a round trip order to transport my car to NJ fro MN and then back. It was going on an open carrier and was to return on an enclosed carrier. The trip to NJ was perfect. When I called to have the car picked up for return, I was told the order which was quoted and agreed upon by their employee Robin ,( who no longer works there) was never approved by the manager! If that was the case how did the car get to NJ?

I WAS ALSO TOLD IT WOULD COST ME $300 MORE THAN WAS QUOTED!

Be careful when dealing with Plaza, don't believe what they send you or tell you because they will deny it.

There are many other shippers available STAY AWAY FROM PLAZA!!!!!!
