I just really want to put out there that I had spoken with several Auto Transport Brokers who gave me such a wide range of pricing that it was confusing to know who to trust and who to put my business with. At first I didn't know much about the business, but I quickly found out when someone called me at 8:30 at night, and was yawning on our phone call, that I needed to find out how this worked.

Robin @ Plaza Auto Transport fully explained how everything worked, from the USDOT licensing for Brokers, to placing the rate per mile for the trip on "The Board" at Central Dispatch and that companies/drivers would select who they would transport or not. It was all based on the rate, something nobody else mentioned. She explained that they charge a broker fee, which is fine, and made me much happier than everyone else telling me that they charge a "deposit". I felt betrayed by everyone else after I spoke with Robin.

Everything went without fail, and as planned except for the blizzard that the driver had to go through to get to me. by the time he called me to meet him in the yard, he had my car off the trailer and warming up.
