Greetings People! I'm Late in posting this review because my car was delivered to me the beginning of Oct 2011. I've been SUPER Busy, but still almost 2 months later, I think about Joyce and the EXCELLENT service I received through Plaza Auto Transport. From the first 3 minutes of the conversation with Joyce, I Knew I wanted this company to bring me my new baby. Joyce was personable, Very Knowledgeable and HONEST! She told me how the ENTIRE process works, from the minute that the deposit is paid to the posting of the car on the site that they alert the truck drivers a car needs picking up, to the cost, pick up and delivery process and how some other companies end up having hidden fees and not delivering vehicles for the agreed upon price. She explained to me how and why Plaza Auto Transport has Everything priced up front and direct. Joyce took her time with me and I never felt rushed or like she was selling me. She told me what her company had to offer and if I wanted to use them, great, and if not, she gave me pointers on what to ask other companies and how Not to get taken and overcharged from other companies. She is a true joy and I had multiple extensive conversations with her...about life! We really connected and her customer service skills are On Point! Joyce, you made the whole crazy, stressful and overwhelming ordeal AWESOME!!! Thank you! I'm sorry for the delayed review, but I have not forgotten about you or your family. I thank you abundantly for your help and wisdom. You're the BEST!!! USE PLAZA AUTO TRANSPORT AND SPEAK WITH JOYCE!!!! you WON'T regret it :I Make it a great day! Davina =D
