A few weeks ago I used Plaza Auto to move my 2005 Cadillac STS from Georgia to Los Angeles. Rich and Jim were the agents who helped me w/ this move.When I spoke them both were very clear in walking me through this process. Ive moved this same car 3 times cross country and this was the first time that the pickup and delivery dates were early. I have had companies tell me "cheaper is better" and "we'll guarantee you pickup times". the people who told me that made me wary, because it just didnt make sense. when it came down to it the only ones who delivered exactly as explained were the guys at Plaza. personally, i would rather pay a little bit more for peace of mind then worry about not having my car when i need it. both Rich and Jim warned me about the other companies who quoted me hundreds of dollars less in that they would not deliver. they were absolutely right because i had been down that path before. the car was picked up one day earlier than the scheduled pickup date, which was perfect because i got to fly home one day early and the car arrived in CA the day after i did. which was perfect. Rich set up the move and helped me weed thru the bs quotes and lies people had told me. I also spoke to Jim who explained the whole drill and and workings of the industry very clearly, just as Rich did. from the first conversation i was very confident that this company would not drop the ball. and they did not. their knowledge and experience were a blessing. this move actually cost me less than what rich had originally quoted me. This was surprising, but obviously, im not complaining. rich told my that if i wanted my car picked up faster it may cost more, but if he could get it done for less and save me some money, he would. that is exactly what happened. i was quoted $1025 originally, but when it was all said and done it cost me $900 and i tipped my hauler $25 for communicating time-frame and accommodating my schedule. i am a blunt person and i appreciate honesty and people being upfront. my experience w/ this company was painless. thus,when i send my car back to Georgia, I will definitely use Plaza again.
