I did not realize how many companies would contact me when I filled out the form online. I spoke to about 5 other agents before Joyce called me. She was the only one to explain the process to me from beginning to end. I requested a pick up date and she informed me that she would try but couldn't promise me anything. Not only did my vehicle get picked up on the date I requested, it was delivered by a great driver and the whole process was made simple because Joyce explained it to me perfectly and Joe the dispatcher was very helpful also. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THEY'RE GREAT!
