While Transferring from San Diego to Virginia (US NAVY) they shipped my 2003 CTS. My mom received it for me as i was still in California. The driver was really quick to leave, and do the turn over. The next day she realized why, a rear piece was missing so she sent me pictures. I filed a claim with Wise Auto Shipping (who contracted through Pioneer). It took over a month and i heard nothing, when i called back, i wa told there was nothing they could do, my mom had accepted car. This company is a complete scam who is more worried about not helping customers than taking care of their belongings. The claims person Chris actually told me that they weren't responsible for items of my car that were stolen and if i wanted a closed transport i should have paid more. DO NOT USE THEM, and if you use another company that does, cancel the contract!!! Save your money and belongings.

We did a complete and thorough investigation concerning the missing rear piece of Mr. Woodward's car. We looked at all photos we had and paperwork completed during the transport. We also spoke individually to all the drivers involved in the transport. Our company stands by the integrity and honesty of our drivers.
