I was moving from Boston Mass to California and was debating whether I should drive my car to California from Mass. After looking it over it was way too far of a drive for me and the gas prices are ridiculous these days so through a distant family member I was guided to Pioneer. I called them directly and I scheduled a pick up with them (had to meet them at a Home Depot) but it was understandable looking at the truck there was no way it could have made it in front of my house. Anyhow a little more than a week later I was called by a very friendly gentleman named Kelly that he wanted to schedule a delivery time for my car. I was surpirsed being quoted 7-10 days I got here in 8 pretty close to the 7 days. I received my car without any damage with the exception of the car being pretty dirty. The driver who delivered my different from the guy who picked up my car and was riding in a smaller regular truck. Overall it was a hassle free transaction and would definitely use them again.
