Well first of all Pioneer customer service was GREAT!!!!. I called several times to get information regarding my car and were VERY patient, thorough and knowledgeable. The time line they gave me was right on the money and the driver was very friendly and kept us in close contact as to when he was going to arrive. When my wife arrived at the pre-arranged destination the driver already took the car down from the truck and was waiting for us to drive it away. The car was dirty but, hello, it was driven across the country, other than that the car was in the same condition we left it when they picked it up. GREAT JOB GUYS! Thank you!
