I had two vehicles transported from the east coast to california. A toyota camry and a toyota sienna. I was quoted a little more than I expected. $2500 was a lot of money to me, but I needed the cars moved. The vehicles were picked up a bit later than expected but that was understandable. When I received my cars I was shocked to find out that there was a crack in the windshield of my sienna. Thankfully the camry came in great condition a bit dirty but no damage. I was nervous about paying the company the money when one of my cars were damaged. I was told the driver must be paid to release my vehicles and that a claim must be filed for the damage. Immediately I called Pioneer's claims manager as instructed. A nice gentleman by the name Harry picked up the phone. Harry went over with me step by step how the claims work and what I needed to do to get compensated for the damage. After sending them the documents needed I did not hear from Harry or anyone at Pioneer for a while. Just when I was going to give them another call about my claim, I received a check in the mail from Pioneer for the damage. These are good honest people and I would definitely transport with them again.
