I have shipped several cars back and forth between the East and West Cast for my job transfers this time I used a wonderful Contractor, Specialty Mobile Systems, to book a Car Transporter unfortunately they used Pioneer, They picked up the car on time unfortunately they were 5 days late delivering it. When I called Pioneer they had trouble trying to find the car or when it would be arriving, after my third call they told me to contact the Driver and that was a true challenge. The Driver spoke poor English and very difficult to deal with, I guess that’s why the dispatcher had me call the Driver directly out of his own frustration. The Driver finally returned my call then told me he was delivering a Toyota my car is a Lexus, he argued with me for twenty minutes that he was right and I was wrong. After a few more days the Driver called and asked for cash even though a Cashiers Check was agreed upon, then he wanted to deliver the car at 2:00 AM. When the car finally did make it the driver was rude, had no idea how to manage his truck or use a parking lot that was big enough for much bigger trucks it was apparent he had no idea what he was doing . IF YOUR TRANSPORT COMPANY TELLS YOU THEY ARE USING PIONEER INSIST ON A DIFFERENT CARRIER !!
