Before I sent my truck from Maryland to southern California, I researched about 7 different companies. I started by using Google for transport companies and the Better Business Bureau (BBB) for their customer service ratings. There were very many out there but I was only interested companies that rated an A with the BBB. I sent emails to the companies for price quotes, and upon receiving the quotes I called them, starting with the lowest price and working my way up. I created a spread sheet with information they provided me. I was able to eliminate 5 of 7 of them and of the two that were left I went with Phoenix Auto Transport Company, even though they were slightly higher than the other choice. I had a good feeling dealing with Candice because she explained every detail to me and was my primary point of contact through the whole procedure. The carrier she picked was very professional and courteous, delivering the truck on time. I will recommend this company to all my family, friends, and colleagues!
