I did quite a bit of research before selecting a transport carrier for my car. I received many bids one of which was Phoenix Auto Transport Services. I read the reviews which seemed to be very favorable so I gave them a call. I was lucky enough to speak to Candice. Right from the beginning of our conversation she was kind, she listened very carefully and I appreciated her professionalism.

I had also talked to another company before I spoke to Candice @ Phoenix. I received a quote (actually a little less.) But the gentlemen that gave me the quote I felt was a bit short and doing me a favor. A couple weeks went by the gentlemen from the other transport company called me and asked me if I wanted to use his company. I immediately said "no." He seemed to be almost angry asked why. I simply explained to him that I felt I would get far better service from the Phoenix. Just let's say that ended the conversation rather quickly.

In this economy I feel like good customer service is crucial to survival. We should all be lucky enough to have a "Candice" work in our businesses. She followed the whole transport from beginning to end. She is truly dedicated to her job and providing excellent customer service. BRAVO! to Phoenix for having great service and employees.
