Candice put in a lot of time over the holiday weekend to find a truck and driver to take my daughter's car to California. She responded to every email and answered every call and every question. I had the feeling that she understood that we had no experience and that she was representing us. She kept us totally informed. She found a very good driver, one who came a day early to beat the snow storm, who deleivered the car on schedule, and who also kept us informed. It was an excellant experience and I recommend using Pheonix Auto Transport to anyone who wants to ship a car and wants someone looking out for their interests. If I have to ship a car again, I'll be calling them, and asking for Candice.
