from the beginning of the contact with Phoenix to the completion of the transaction I am more than satisfied. We have never done this before and it went very well. I felt as tho the Bob was there looking out for us until the vehicle was loaded and on its way to us. Then he checked in with us during the transport to keep us aware of where the vehicle was and when we could expect delivery. I would definitely recommend Phoenix to anyone looking for a transport.
