After researching several Auto Transport Companies on line and with the Better Business Bureau, I narrowed my choices down to 10 Companies. Bob Crisp with Phoenix Auto Transport Services was clearly the best. From my first communication with him to now, Bob Crisp has been nothing but the consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and courteous. He quoted me a fair price of $949.00 to have my vehicle shipped from Michigan to California in 10 days. Being it was my first time ever having my vehicle shipped; naturally I had a ton of questions and concerns that needed to be addressed. Bob Crisp promptly and professionally answered and addressed all my questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. From pick up to delivery, I couldn't be more pleased, than I am right now, on how everything went so smoothly! Not only am I going to use Bob Crisp and Phoenix Auto Transport Services again but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for anyone that wants a no hassle, worry free, and extremely professional vehicle transport experience! :-))
