Overall, I had pretty good luck with these guys. I got my vehicle on time and all was well there. The only thing that upset me was the carrier that Jim and the guys at Phoenix Auto used for me. The truck driver was a foreigner and I had a very hard time communicating with him over the phone. He spoke very little English. The driver was supposed to call me 2 days in advance since I lived a long distance from the drop off and I never did get that phone call. It look myself calling and finding out. Then I was told I had the be there to meet the driver in less than 18 hrs. It really put me in a bind but had to work through it. Then the driver didn't want me to date the inspection sheet because he was afraid of getting in trouble with his log book with the police. A little fishy if you ask me! The overall customer service with Jim was fair. He was a little slow getting back to me on follow up calls but not too bad. I would probably use these guys again only if they promised me not to ever use Sun Coast Carriers as their transporters!
