This is my second time to ship a car but first time with Phoenix Auto Transport. Bob was very kind and tried to locate a carrier for me in time. The total shipping cost is lower than other quotes, and I didn't get charged of the deposit until after my car was loaded. The driver was very nice. The car was picked up exactly as scheduled and delivered in time. This is a worry-free, smooth car shipping experience. My first car shipping experience with another carrier is worse, they made me to drop off the car at their terminal and didn't move my car until two weeks later! And I had to go and pick it up myself, or I had to pay extra $50. That's why I decided to search online and I found this website and Phoenix Auto Transport. After reading the dominantly positive reviews from so many customers, I believe they are true stories, not ficked by some shipping companies themselves, so I chose Phoenix Auto Transport. Turns out, I made a right decision. I will use Phoenix Auto Transport again and will definitely recommend to my friends.
