Phoenix Car Transporters, specifically Bob, provided excellent customer service. They are ethical and reliable with excellent follow up to ensure the job was done to my complete satisfaction. Additionally, Bob adhered strictly to the financial terms of the contract, even when the actual transport job came in higher. He took a lessor payment to ensure that I paid only the contracted amount. Now, that's service. The transporter arrived exactly on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and treated my car with care. The car was then delivered to my door exactly on time. What Service!!! I would definitely use Phoenix transporters again should the need arise, and heartily recommend their excellent service.
