This was a win/win transaction and transport for everyone concerned. Wendy at Phoenix was knowledgeable and so very helpful in our conversations and made a stressful experience a pleasant one instead.
A sense of humor never hurts and she made me laugh more than once. The transport company that Wendy sent for our car was also knowledgeable and helpful as well as friendly. Both were class acts with a clean, nice transporter and helpful driver. Also, the price was the best we found that the market had to offer. The driver called us before delivery as promised.
