I was recommended to Phoenix Auto Transport Services, LLC, by a friend that had used their services a few months earlier and was pleased by the experience. I too, was thoroughly pleased by their response time in returning my original call and following up on what I wanted.
Bob Crisp was very nice to deal with, and handled every detail of the transfer with ease. (And he was just a nice person over the phone!)
The driver was ringing the doorbell at the exact time that was expected. He knew exactly what needed to be done, and handled it very professionally.
Overall, two years from now, I can honestly say that I will not hestitate to use their services again, when my next vehicle needs to be delivered to me from IL.
