Kathy Grant was honest, proffesional and understanding. The best customer service I've seen in a long time. .My car was picked up on time as she promised. She answered phone all times, answered all my questions. I had a bad experience with another company and was ready to give up and just drive my car personally until I talked to Kathy. She helped me a lot. Driver Mike was also very nice, courteous and stayed in contact with us at all times and delived car sooner. My mom's english is not that good and mangaged to understand her and was polite . It was unbelievable!!! Thank you Kathy and Mike. I will definitly call you and recommend anyone to you.
