THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME USING A TRANSPORT SERVICE. I HAD CONTACTED SEVERAL AND DECIDED ON PHOENIX AFTER TALKING TO WENDY WADDELL. THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY WENDY WAS OUTSTANDING AND THE DRIVER WAS EXCELLENT. PICK UP WAS ONLY TWO DAYS AFTER AVAILABLE DATE AND IT WAS NOT A FREQUENT ROUTE FOR A TRANSPORTER. I FEEL THAT WENDY WENT FAR BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY IN GETTING THIS SERVICE FOR US. THE SERVICE WAS TIMELY AND THE COST REASONABLE.
