This was my first time using a car shipping service and I was extremely satisfied with this company's customer service. My question and concerns were immediately addressed. When I explained my urgency in obtaining my car due to personal circumstances, my agent worked even harder to find a carrier. In fact, my car was picked up the very next day and I received it shortly afterward. I definitely give this transport service five stars for promptness, customer service, and overall satisfaction with how my car was delivered. My carrier was even very cooperative and called me to keep me up to date with where my car was. Loved it! Use this company's services for sure!
