Phoenix was able to get me a carrier for the low quoted price at the time requested. Bob Crisp called often to identify the carrier selected, people that could be contacted and the status of the pick up and delivery. When There was some problem with the pick up and delivery times, Bob called the carrier to determine and correct the problem. Bob was very prompt in returning all my calls and helping to get the delivery completed.
