What started out so promising did not end up that way. First Kathy the broker was great she had a truck ready for me immediately and adjusted to my changing pickup needs. After the pick up though it all feel apart. C&M Car Haulers told Phoenix they would have my car delivered on the 31st of Jan or the 1st of Feb, those days came and went and no car. When I called C&M to ask what happened they told me they never gave Phoenix those dates of delivery. I called Phoenix and was told that they did give them the dates, I dont know who did what but what I can tell you is I was told something and paid for something that did not happen. I called C&M to get another date of delivery and they told me that the car would be delivered on 2 feb, I took the day off waiting on the car to show up and again a no-show. I called Phoenix and Kathy gave me the number directly to the driver, so I called them and they told me they were in Washington DC and that they would have my car to me on 3 Feb around noon to 1300. I went to work called the driver at about 0843 to confirm the delivery times and I got a surprise, a little boy answered the phone, I asked for the driver, he said told his dad the phone was for him and the driver came to the phone. I asked him when did he think he would have the car delivered and he said his truck was broke down and that it would take two days to get my car from Richmond or I could come and get it. He also offered to drive the car to me, neither of these options was feisable to me, so he told me he would call me back when he found out how long the repairs would take. Well its to early for me to call Kathy as she is on the West Coast, but before I could get to far off the deep end at around 1057 the driver calls me and says he will have the car delivered between 1245 and 1300. The car is here it is safe, but I dont see how this company is rated at 5 Stars.
