Finally, a company that does exactly what is promised! Both Kathy and Jerry went above and beyond. Perhaps the best customer service I have experienced with any company for any reason! We were let down by another transport company and mover the week before. Phoenix Auto Transport quickly accommodated us. Kathy worked after hours and had us scheduled within 2 hours of our first contact. Our vehicle was picked up and delivered within 36 hours of first contact. Prompt, professional, competitively priced and honest. This was a relatively small "job" for Phoenix, yet I was treated as if I was transporting a a Rolls Royce across the country. Superb! Phoenix Auto Transport Services is now my sole source auto transporter. No need to shop around.
