i was contacted by James Tacket to have my 2000 ford mustang shipped from North Carolina to Florida. they were by far the best shipping quote i had received so i returned his call promtly James was very friendly and personable with me. we had a few things to look up and chatted a little in between. my situation was special because i had a specific window of time to have the vehicle picked up form the person i received it from. after a few days of searching James found a shipper that could pick up my car and deliver it. unfortunately that date did not work out for the person in possession of the vehicle. i myself was a little frustrated at the situation and would understand it if made James feel the same way. but instead James got back to work and called me back less than an hour later and gave me the great news that there was another opening that would work out for all parties. the original time quote was 3 days to get the car to me, so that's what i was expecting for the second time quote, but much to my surprise i received a call the day after the car was picked up, it was james calling to tell me the my car was scheduled to be there on that day! So overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend James or anyone in this company, to provide and shipping need you may have
