I called Eric at Phoenix Auto Transport because of the reivews I saw online. BUT I did not realize just how good they were until I called and asked them to move my car from Kansas to Phoenix. I was told it could take from 5 to 10 days because it would be picked up in Kansas City and I would need to wait until a truck was coming thur. The very next day Eric called to say he had located a truck in KC and would my car be available that day. YEA!! Of course....it was ready and the trucker came that afternoon to get it. He delivered my car in perfect condition 3 days later. These people are honest, efficient and treated my car and myself with kid gloves. Eric even called once my car was there to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Thank you Eric for your great customer service!
