Our car was damaged in transit the damage was confirmed by the carriers insurance company. Unfortunately, damage was below the deductible Phiily Express/Omar didn't want to pay for the damage because it was too expensive. There is no dispute when you see the damage its brand new and related to where they tied the car down. As stated their insurance carrier agreed but Omar concluded that was yrs old damage. Also, they were 12hrs late threatened to leave town and come back another time if I didn't meet. I didn't want a night time delivery for the very reason you can't always see damage done. It has been 5 months of me chasing Omar (he never, i mean never returns call or email or follows through on his word, oh lots of vacations) and nothing resolved. I would never use these folks again I've had 12 other cars transported without issue so there are great transporters out there but not this one due to our experience.
