What a great experience- exactly as promised!

This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle and I am very happy that Gilbert responded to my request. He was extremely proffessional, educated me on what I could expect as others responded with quotes and advised me on some specific scenarios to be aware of. He was not pushy, thanked me for my time, and stated he hoped we could do business. After doing some research I found several carriers I thought could provide me with the service and comfort level I was looking for and almost went with a carrier based near where I lived but found some negative reviews and was not comfortable with their request for a deposit up front so i went with Gilbert at Phil Am even though he was slightly more expensive ($58.00 difference). I am so glad I did! Gilbert called me back within 30 minutes of our agreeing to do business with a carrier lined up and he had already spoken to my son where the vehicle was being picked up from.The vehicle was picked up the next day as promised, Gilbert gave me plenty of contact numbers to stay in touch with both him and the transport company and the entire transaction went off exactly as promised. No games, no bull, just service. I will not only use Phil Am and Gilbert again but will recommend him to everyone I know. This was a great experience!
