I initially booked my vehicle hauling with another company. On the day prior to my scheduled pick up date I attempted to contact the other company to confirm what was agreed. To my dismay and frustration neither my phone messages nor emails generated any response. With time being of the essence, I contacted Gilbert from Philam Transport LLC. It was then that I received an education on how the industry works and a solution to my problem. Some 36 hours post my discussion my car was picked up in Minneapolis and on its way to Los Angeles. When I arrived in LAX my car was available for immediate pickup. There are no substitutes for honesty and integrity and Gilbert had both.
