I am so sorry that you feel that way Patrick, but next time be honest when posting a review. Yes, the trucker got delayed 3 days and the car was delivered in CA in 13 days. I was in contact with you everyday, even the day after that the car was picked up. You want a door to door service and that's what we did. Your car was not driven at all. The carrier is based in Riverside,CA and they transferred your vehicle to a smaller truck to get it delivered in front of your son's house in Huntington Beach,CA. You signed the bill of lading which is the condition report that everything is fine, but you then called me after 4 days to say there is a problem. I am really confused. We are an honest and reputable company, and we do business the right way. I wish you the best of luck
