I recently moved from NY to CO. In my rush I hastily went with the first broker I spoke to. The broker seemed professional and the quote I received sounded fair. I was charged a broker fee of $175, told the vehicle would be picked up within 3-4 days and that I’d be contacted at pickup. I arrived in Colorado 4 days after my initial call and expected a call confirming pickup. I waited a day and heard nothing so I followed back up. The response I received surprised me as it was rude & nasty. The only response I got before being hung up on was that my car may be picked up in the next 2-3 days (at this point it was 7 days after my initial conversation with the broker). I decided I better look at reviews and change transporters quickly. With little surprise all the reviews for the broker I had gone with were poor. Fortunately I came across Philam Transport and all reviews looked good. So I called and spoke with Gilbert. I explained the current situation and my urgency. Gilbert went above and beyond and the next day he had a transport company lined up to ship my car. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to ship a vehicle in the near future.
