I had a car setup for transport by another company who failed to pick it up in their "48 hour" pickup guarantee and for another 1.5 weeks following. I called Gilbert at Philam and he went above and beyond to explain how the transport business works and what we would need to do to get the car picked up right away. Then followed up with me every step of the way. It was less than 12 hours before the car was scheduled for a pickup. The delivery was a day late, but the only reason for that was a truck issues outside the delivery town. The poor driver lost a day waiting for a repair to his truck on Monday morning.

I must have spoken to a dozen transport companies and Philam was above all the others. I not only highly recommend them, but I would recommend asking for Gilbert and letting him handle your car's transport. I will definitely use Philam again and wish all companies, across all businesses, were this good.

Thanks Gilbert and Philam, and thanks to the driver who was a great guy, professional, and just ran into a little bit of bad luck. In the end, the delivery adjustment worked better for the receiver so everything went great!
