Damage and Non-Responsive

Been trying to resolve a damage claim for over 3 months. They have blamed the damage on driver solely when they have the insurance coverage and have not tried to resolve. We had to contact their insurance directly to put in the claim. The insurance company has sent out a check as of 3/28/2008. No one has seen or heard from Penta as of yet. Hope they will resolve the matter. The damage was over $4000.00.
