Hi Guy,
We just finished speaking on the phone. You and I did talk and we were aware of your schedule. We made it clear to the driver that you were unavailable and unfortunately he took it upon himself to try and deliver when you were clearly out of town. If a driver or carrier attempts to do something that he clearly has been instructed not to do, we are here to make sure your experience is a positive one every step of the way. In the future, please call anytime, we are available 24 x 7 to handle any issues that can arise. I have processed a partial refund to offset the inconvenience you experienced.
