The Worst Customer Service and the car is still not shipped

I contacted them and spoke with Charles to ship 2 cars - one from FL to NY and the other from FL to Georgia (outside Atlanta). I went back and forth and when I decided yes - the car to NY was increased from $569 to $675!! Charles told me that it was busy and this was the price. Being I am relocating out of Florida -I had no choice - but this is deceptive - I should of been charged what I was quoted. Wrong - Just wrong. The only saving grace is that I have talked to the car carrier in NY and he is wonderful. However the other car that is going to Georgia is a nightmare.
I was told the car was going out on 6/3, then it was 6/5 - and then Charles would not take my call and a woman from the office called me and said it would go out on Saturday 6/6 - AND IT IS AN ADDITIONAL $50!! I texted him (and have the string to prove it) and at 7:30am this morning I texted him and said I need to know what is going on because the car had to go and I am getting an earful from my boss on this. By 10:30am, I tried to call him and my call was blocked - - I couldn't even leave a voice mail. I called the 888 number, got another gentleman and told them that I needed to know what the deal was - I don't know if the car is going or who the carrier is because Charles will not respond. This gentleman gave me the name of the vendor to pick up the car today. I called them - C&C - and was told end of day. By 4:30pm today - no call from them so I called C&C - oh - guess what - NOT GETTING THE CAR! Now I am told by C&C Dispatch "100% it will be picked up tomorrow".
Patriot Auto Transport - I see the rave reviews which is why I went to you - after how I was treated - how can I recommend you?
