I went with Patriot because I knew it'd be DUMB to go with a company rated anything less than 5 stars if I wanted my car quickly... So after reviewing about 20 companies and their feedback, I saw that many were rated 5 stars but with every few positive feedbacks, there was always a negative one. Patriot was the first company I saw with PURELY POSITIVE FEEDBACK!!!
They were not the cheapest company (the cheapest company was rated 3 stars! and that just wasn't going to happen!), but their rate was STILL lower than the rest! =)
I placed my order late friday night (past operation hours) and got a call from Richard the following morning (Saturday). He said they'd pick the car up by Monday but the guys got it SUNDAY! The gentleman actually transporting my car said the car would arrive Wednesday... but to my VERY HAPPY SUPRISE, my car got here EARLY Tuesday morning!!! THEY WERE QUICK!!!
My only complaint and I don't know if I should even call it that... was that I never heard from Richard after the first phone call the morning following my placed order. No question if the driver had contacted me or call to tell me the car had been picked up (the person holding the car had to call me). And again nothing when the car arrived... BUT SINCE EVERYTHING WENT ON WITHOUT A HITCH, why would he call me, right?!
I was VERY impressed! If you're shopping around for someone to ship your car.... PATRIOT ALL THE WAY!!!
And this is not a FAKE review, like some companies that look like they get employees to put all these GREAT reviews, when the company really isn't great at all- - If you have any more questions, you can call me! 915-383-8811
