After several bad experiences with car transport companies in the past, we were hesitant to try again. But circumstances dictated that we find a carrier to transport a vehicle from several states away.
We contacted several companies via their Web sites, and we're STILL waiting for many of them to get back to us with a quote. SO many didn't even have the courtesy to respond to our request. Tony answered our questions and gave us a quote very quickly - and on a weekend, to boot! He was the first person to reply, and gave us thorough information about the whole process, as well.
We did a little more research and felt comfortable with Patriot to assist us with our precious cargo. Tony couldn't have been better to deal with, nor more professional. There was a slight delay with the driver picking up our vehicle (not Patriot's fault), but Tony kept us informed every step of the way - and this meant some late-night hours and phone calls on his part, as well.
We'd definitely recommend Tony and Patriot to others - they've restored our faith in the car transport business again, that's for sure!
