I spent several weeks aquatinting myself with the options available to transport BMW from
Dallas to Duke University. I accessed Patriot through their Dallas affiliate/office. I quickly found
that Tony seemed very confident in the reputation and services of Patriot. I did not feel like
I was being aggressively 'sold' the service, but instead 'offered' their services. I did investigate
any information that I could find on this company and asked many questions. I felt confident that I had made the right choice.
Monday pickup scheduled. Driver called Saturday asking if he could pick up early. I was not prepared for this and did not like at the time, but I realize now that John, the driver, lived in
North Carolina close to delivery destination and all of his other vehicles were on board and he was
just hoping that he could get on his way home. I let him pick car up Sunday afternoon. He provided
us with his business card and he presented himself professionally and actually met my son at
the airport in Durham,NC when he arrived Friday afternoon. My son then drove John back to his house. All communications with driver were kind, courteous, and delivered as promised.
I would recommend and plan to use Patriot again as the opportunity presents itself.
