My entire experience with Passport Transport was great. It was a very big deal for me (financially and emotionally) to have my two old vehicles shipped to my new home in Sparks, NV, just before Thanksgiving of 2017. I dealt mainly with Ken via the phone. He was very knowledgeable and very understanding of my fears and ignorance about shipping cars. He really worked with me when a family medical issue required changing my reservation several times. Also, he helped me get past my special concerns that neither car was fully "operational," but it turned out not to be a big deal for them at all. The driver, Wally, handled them with great respect and care, and he had no trouble handling the "uniqueness" of operating the incomplete functionalities of each of the cars. Without hesitation, I would highly, HIGHLY, recommend Passport Transport to handle car transportation. They are knowledgeable, affordable, friendly, caring and timely. If I need to move a car again, they will be the ones I call.
