Had a great first experience with Passport. Darin was very accomodating and provided prompt responses when I contacted him. I scheduled the job, the car was picked up the very next day. Per the convenient UPS tracking system, I watched the truck drive directly from Atlanta to Michigan. Keep in mind that these types of transports usually have multiple stops and may take a week or longer for your car to arrive, but in this case we just got lucky with the route.

The driver, Chris, was very polite, professional and had a positive attitude. It was nice to hear stories about other cars he has transported. Chris took the initiative to contact me, let me know where he was and what the agenda will be as it got closer to actual delivery day. He was also very careful when unloading the car and took the time to make sure we could inspect the car throughly for damage before I signed on the dotted line. He was efficient without rushing me.

Overall great experience. Will use this company again and will give them a strong endorsement when others ask me about an auto transport service.
