Rick was very easy to work with at all points during the shipment of my car. He was able to answer the phone every time I called, and was extremely flexible even as my plans changed. On the day that the original pickup was planned, I needed to delay the pickup by several days, and this was no problem. I expected much more difficulty from him in rescheduling, but everything went extremely smoothly.
