Our experience with Paragon Transport was completely as we expected...GREAT! Tony was a pleasure to work with as our company contact. He walked us through the process and showed the utmost professionalism in all of our contacts. This was our first time shipping a car and it just happened to be my father-in-laws dream machine 66 mustang that we had searched for and finally found in Houston, Texas. Problem is that he lives in New Mexico and it needed to be shipped. We got several quotes and Paragon was not the cheapest, but they were the most helpful and their reputation put me at ease in choosing them over the other options out there. The quote was exactly what we paid. Our driver was very understanding of what the car was and what it meant to somebody. He gave us a call to ask if he could come by the afternoon before he was scheduled to arrive. He was not pushy or in a hurry to get it done but stated that it would just be advantageous for him if we could get it done, and if not it was no big deal. The driver showed up at exactly when he said he would. The truck and trailer were in great shape and I had no reservations about the working order of the transport as a whole. The vehicle was delivered in the same shape it was picked up in and arrived earlier than expected. Early again was not a problem because the driver had the courtesy to call and get the early delivery okayed. A happy father-in-law and a great car finally together after the service we expected from Paragon Transportation!
